DF-5152
if_ath_alq.c is permanently dead, unportable code on DragonFly: ATH_DEBUG_ALQ cannot be defined (commented out of sys/conf/options) and the FreeBSD ALQ API it calls does not exist anywhere in the DF tree
Summary
The option is commented out AND the alq.h/subr_alq.c dependency does not exist in the tree (include even wrapped in #if !DragonFly) - empty TU, no runtime surface. Latent strncpy-no-NUL + isactive/close race documented for any revival. Delete-or-port fix.

Detail
Evidence (decisive lines)
static deadness proof: options:538 commented out, no alq.h/subr_alq.c in tree, all callers gated
Verified recommended fix
delete the file+call sites, or port ALQ then fix strncpy+race first
Verdict
untested (dead code: cannot compile or execute on DragonFly)
