ecc_amd8000_attach() executes rdmsr(0x017B)/wrmsr(0x17B) with no CPU vendor/family validation — chipset-ID-gated #GP kernel panic (coretemp DF-4735 shape, hardware-gated)

Summary

The only platform gate is the PCI chipset ID match; on a platform-lying config (VMM faking the AMD-8000 memory-controller IDs, passthrough tricks) the rdmsr #GP-panics at attach. Same shape as DF-4735 (coretemp) but the gate device is not emulated by mainstream VMMs - speculative. Compiled into GENERIC (nm-verified). Vendor/family-gate fix.
