COMPAT_FREEBSD32 shim is un-compilable dead code (5-arg mps_ioctl call, undefined td); RAID_ACTION32 dispatches to an unimplemented ioctl (DF-4011 mpr twin)
Summary
COMPAT_FREEBSD32 is never defined in the DragonFly build, so mps_ioctl32 is dead code - and could not compile if enabled: 5-arg call against the 4-param prototype, undefined td at :2396. The shim translates MPSIO_RAID_ACTION32 to an ioctl mps_ioctl does not implement (ENOIOCTL). Identical shape to DF-4011 (mpr). Remove or port.
