First transfer of the model also compiled clean; the only iteration needed was
a fix to the model's CIS-image authoring (tuple bytes in attribute memory are
2 bus-bytes apart: code@2*addr, len@2*(addr+1), body[i]@2*(addr+2+i), matching
pccardvar.h:255-259 read macros). Kernel-source logic was never changed.
