JMP211/JMP202 PHY on QEMU; the guest NIC is virtio. PHY register behavior
(BMSR reporting zero media bits while ID registers still match
oui JMICRON 0x001b8c / model 0x21|0x22) cannot be emulated. The
kernel-side sink of the chain (miibus_mediainit -> ifmedia_set on an
empty list -> panic("ifmedia_set")) was therefore executed directly via
the jmsink KLD using the real kernel ifmedia_* functions.
