Fix build: /usr/src/sys/dev/netif/ic with fix.diff applied -> if_ic.ko,
cc -Werror clean, installed to /boot/kernel, rebooted (see DF-4939/build.log
"FIX BUILD" section; the validation module carried the DF-4939 and DF-4940
fixes together, observables independent).
