No Radeon GPU / no RV730 hardware in guest (pciconf -lv has no radeon): kernel-level trigger hardware-gated; verification via verbatim-replica harness (DF-4492/DF-1937 convention).
DPM enable path exists in-tree (radeon.dpm default 1) but cannot be reached without the ASIC.
End of run: guest source reverted (md5 re-verified), build artifacts removed, guest up and clean.
