fix_run.log (DF-4388)
Runtime fix validation requires AMD hardware driving the V1 PowerPlay parse
at driver bind; guest has none (see run.log). Executed instead:
  1. fix.diff git apply --check: OK against pristine sys/ tree.
  2. Patched file cc -fsyntax-only (guest cc 8.3, kernel includes): 0 errors (fix_build.log).
  3. Control: pristine processpptables.c, same chain: 0 errors.
  4. Unit test of clamp/range arithmetic on guest: 11/11 PASS (unit_test_guest.log).
  5. Guest /usr/src restored to pristine (md5 verified) after validation.
