Driver source audited: sys/dev/netif/em/if_em.c @ 7.6.2 ("EM_VER 7.6.2"), 4784 lines.
Note: on the first guest instance kldload wedged guest-wide in D-state due to a
pre-existing stuck `kldload arcms` (linker lock held since 7:21PM, before this
session); after `vm.sh reset with-src` kldload works instantly.  Not driver-related.
