# DF-3134 environment (all PoC work done as UNPRIVILEGED user maxx, uid 1001)
DragonFly dfbsd 6.5-DEVELOPMENT DragonFly 6.5-DEVELOPMENT #0: Thu Jul 2 06:02:54 UTC 2026 root@dfbsd:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/X86_64_GENERIC x86_64
compiler: cc 8.3 [DragonFly] Release/2019-02-22 (build links -lpthread)
dirfs in host kernel: NO (grep -c dirfs /usr/src/sys/conf/files = 0; kldstat | grep -c dirfs = 0)
dirfs build home: sys/platform/vkernel64/conf/files:45-47 (optional dirfs) -> VKERNEL64-only
runs: 3/3 identical (MD5 9c0ceeecc955b9b64a77fdd6e2ffc6fb), exit code 2 each
note: the race interleaving is ORCHESTRATED deterministically with step barriers —
in a real SMP vkernel the same interleaving occurs stochastically; nothing in
dirfs prevents it (no lock/token/refcount-ordering connects setpassive's
 check-then-close with findfd's ref-then-use)
guest state after run: clean; /usr/src/sys/vfs/dirfs/dirfs_subr.c md5 7b9115705498ceba6b4c5036d5da7fa2 (pristine, never modified)
