Guest environment for DF-1298 / DF-1305 / DF-1311 / DF-1314 / DF-1315 verification
================================================================================

uname -a:
  DragonFly dfbsd 6.5-DEVELOPMENT DragonFly 6.5-DEVELOPMENT #0: Thu Jul  2 06:02:54 UTC 2026
      root@dfbsd:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/X86_64_GENERIC  x86_64

kern.version:
  DragonFly 6.5-DEVELOPMENT #0: Thu Jul  2 06:02:54 UTC 2026
      root@dfbsd:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/X86_64_GENERIC
  (unpatched audit-source baseline; #0 build)

Compiler:
  cc 8.3 [DragonFly] Release/2019-02-22

CPU (NO SVM, NO AMD-V):
  CPU: QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+ (3600.01-MHz K8-class CPU)
  Features  =0x1783fbfd<FPU,...,SSE2,HTT>
  Features2 =0x80202001<SSE3,CX16,x2APIC,VMM>
  AMD Features =0x20100800<SYSCALL,NX,LM> <-- no SVM bit (would be 0x1000)

PCI devices (all QEMU-virtual; NO AMD GPU, NO HighPoint RAID HBA):
  hostb0     i440FX hostbridge          (8086:1237)
  isab1      PIIX3 ISA bridge           (8086:7000)
  atapci0    PIIX3 ATA                  (8086:7010)
  vgapci0    QEMU/Bochs std VGA (0x30)  (1234:1111)   <-- NOT an AMD GPU
  virtio_pci0  virtio-net               (1af4:1000)
  virtio_pci1  virtio-blk               (1af4:1001)

Driver presence:
  GENERIC (X86_64_GENERIC) statically contains: device hptiop (DF-1311)
                                                  device mpr      (not this finding)
  NOT in GENERIC (built only as loadable .ko, none loaded):
    amdgpu.ko   (DF-1298: amd/display bios_parser.c)
    radeon.ko   (DF-1305 kv_dpm.c, DF-1314 btc_dpm.c)
    nvmm.ko (DF-1315; also requires AMD-SVM CPU which is absent)

kldstat relevant modules loaded: (none)

Conclusion: all five findings are hardware-gated.
  DF-1298 / DF-1305 / DF-1314  require an AMD GPU (radeon/amdgpu) -- absent.
  DF-1311 requires a HighPoint RocketRAID HBA -- absent
                               (driver compiled into GENERIC but never attaches).
  DF-1315 requires AMD SVM CPU extensions -- absent
                               (CPU reports no SVM feature bit).
The vulnerable code paths are confirmed real in the audited sys/ source, but
cannot be exercised at runtime on this QEMU guest.
