## Mechanism

CONFIRMED: hfsc_getqstats struct on stack NOT zero-initialized. get_class_stats doesn't fill trailing redstats for non-RED classes. copyout leaks stack. Fix: bzero stats.

## Build validation

Combined kernel build with all 70 Low-severity fixes: **rc=0, -Werror**.
All fixes compile cleanly in `X86_64_GENERIC` kernel configuration.
