## Mechanism

CONFIRMED: sta_add SSID/rates memcpy guarded only by KASSERT (no-op without INVARIANTS). Fix: replace KASSERT with runtime bounds check.

## Build validation

Combined kernel build with all 70 Low-severity fixes: **rc=0, -Werror**.
