## Mechanism

CONFIRMED: rt_xaddrs doesn't enforce sa_len>=_SA_MINSIZE(2). sa_len=1 allowed, sa_family reads from next byte. Fix: add sa_len<2 check.

## Build validation

Combined kernel build with all 70 Low-severity fixes: **rc=0, -Werror**.
All fixes compile cleanly in `X86_64_GENERIC` kernel configuration.
