## Mechanism

CONFIRMED: delete_pipe validates pipe_nr>DN_NR_HASH_MAX(16) not DN_PIPE_NR_MAX. Pipes 17+ created but can't be deleted. Resource leak. Fix: use DN_PIPE_NR_MAX in delete.

## Build validation

Combined kernel build with all 70 Low-severity fixes: **rc=0, -Werror**.
All fixes compile cleanly in `X86_64_GENERIC` kernel configuration.
